This is a birthday card for a very dear friend of mine. Her birthday is actually tomorrow, but i mailed it to her (since we're all so international now) and she got it already, so i can put it up. Not submitting it the moment i finished it, about a week ago, was really hard xD

I was inspired by 's amazing artworks, and thank for directing me to her gallery I went out to buy water colors and color pencils as soon as i could. I've never really worked with water colors before, if you don't count childhood blotchy dares-to-call-itself-art xD but it was really cool. inspiration hit me like a hammer to the head.

i realize if someone sees this piece alone, they'll vastly overestimate the rest of my gallery xD i'm really proud of this lol.
